Terms of Service

Last updated: 21 August 2026
Effective date: 21 August 2026 for accounts created on or after that date · 4 September 2026 for accounts created earlier

These Terms govern your use of OneTap.Work. Please read section 6 carefully — it explains that paid access starts immediately and what that means for your right of withdrawal.

If your account was created before 21 August 2026, the previous Terms continue to govern your use of the Service until 4 September 2026. We notify you of this change by e-mail, and you may terminate the contract without penalty at any time before that date. A copy of the previous version is available from support@onetap.work on request.

1. Who we are

Sviatoslav Mysiv, a sole trader registered in the Polish Central Registration and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG) under the name JDG Sviatoslav Mysiv.

  • Address: al. Jana Pawła II 3b/137, 80-462 Gdańsk, Poland
  • NIP: 5842863282 | REGON: 540695811
  • E-mail: support@onetap.work
  • Website: onetap.work

"We", "us" and "OneTap.Work" mean the above. "You" means the person using the Service.

2. What the Service is

OneTap.Work is a job search tool for candidates. It has two parts:

  • A public job catalogue. We collect job postings from publicly accessible sources — employers' career pages and job boards — and make them searchable. Anyone can browse this catalogue without an account.
  • A personal workspace. With an account you can build a candidate profile, upload a CV, save jobs, and track your applications through a pipeline from saved to hired.

What the Service is not. We are not an employment agency, a recruiter, or a party to any relationship between you and an employer. We do not select candidates, forward your profile to employers, or influence hiring decisions. When you apply for a job you found here, you do so directly with the employer, on their own website and under their own terms. We do not guarantee that you will find work, receive replies, or obtain any particular outcome.

We do not control the postings. Job postings in the catalogue come from third-party sources. We do not verify their accuracy, legality, or whether the position is still open. Always check the original posting, which we link on every job page.

3. Who may use the Service

You must be at least 16 years old. We do not verify age with documents, but accounts we learn belong to someone under 16 will be closed.

You may hold one account. Do not share your credentials, and tell us promptly at support@onetap.work if you believe someone else has accessed your account.

4. Your account

To register you provide your name, e-mail address and a password, or you sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your details accurate and your password safe.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Deletion is described in our Privacy Policy — read it before you delete, because parts of it cannot be undone.

5. Free access and paid access

Free. The public job catalogue — searching and viewing job postings — is free and needs no account.

Paid. Features that require signing in are available under the Plus subscription. This includes the candidate profile, CV upload, saved jobs, job filters, and the application tracker.

The features included in each plan, and the price, are shown on our pricing page and again in the checkout before you pay. We may change what a plan includes; section 12 explains how we notify you and what you can do about it.

Some features are described on the pricing page as "coming soon". These are planned, not delivered. Do not subscribe on the strength of a feature marked that way — subscribe for what the Service does today.

6. Subscription, payment and renewal

Billing. Plus is billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. The price shown at checkout includes any applicable tax.

Renewal. The subscription renews automatically each month at the then-current price until you cancel. We will tell you by e-mail before any price increase takes effect, in good time for you to cancel.

Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from Settings, which opens the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period — you keep access until then, and we do not charge you again. We do not refund the unused part of a period you have already started, except where sections 7 or 8 apply.

Immediate access and your right of withdrawal. As a consumer you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. Because Plus gives you access to the full Service the moment your payment succeeds, we ask you at checkout to expressly consent to us starting immediately and to acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once we have fully performed the contract. If you do not give that consent, we cannot start immediately.

If you withdraw during the 14 days, before the paid month has run out, you owe us only a proportionate amount for the part of the period you actually had access to. Tell us at support@onetap.work — a plain statement is enough — and we will refund the rest within 14 days, using the same payment method you used.

This does not affect your rights under section 7 if the Service turns out to be faulty.

Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we may suspend paid features until payment succeeds. We will not delete your data for this reason alone.

7. If the Service does not work as it should

We owe you a service that conforms to this contract. If it does not — a feature is broken, unavailable for a meaningful period, or does not do what we described — tell us at support@onetap.work and we will fix it within a reasonable time and at no cost to you.

If we cannot fix it, or fixing it would take unreasonably long or cause you significant inconvenience, you are entitled to a proportionate price reduction or to terminate the contract and receive a refund for the part of the service not provided, in accordance with the Polish Act on Consumer Rights implementing Directive (EU) 2019/770.

Nothing in these Terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

8. Complaints

Write to support@onetap.work describing the problem and what you would like us to do. We reply within 14 calendar days. If we need longer, we will say so within that period and give you a realistic new date.

9. Updates and technical requirements

The Service runs in a current version of a mainstream web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled. It is delivered over the internet — you supply the connection and the device.

We provide updates, including security updates, needed to keep the Service conforming to this contract for as long as you subscribe. We may change how features work in order to improve them; where a change materially reduces what you get, section 12 applies.

10. Your content and what you may not do

Your content stays yours. Your profile, CV, cover letter, application notes and any job postings you add yourself remain your property. You grant us only the permission we need to run the Service for you: to store your content, display it back to you, and process it as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not publish your profile, and we do not show it to employers.

Job postings you add yourself are visible only to you. They do not appear in the public catalogue.

You must not use the Service to break the law or infringe anyone's rights; upload content you have no right to upload; upload another person's personal data without a lawful basis; attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours; scrape, resell or systematically copy the catalogue; probe or interfere with our infrastructure; or use automated tools to circumvent limits or paywalls.

If you break these rules we may warn you, restrict features, suspend your account, or terminate this contract — proportionately to what happened. Where we take such a step we will tell you why and you may challenge it by replying to us at support@onetap.work. We will review and answer within 14 days.

11. AI features

Some features use third-party AI models. When you import a CV, we send the file to a model provider that extracts your details so we can pre-fill your profile. Which providers we use is listed in our Privacy Policy.

AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Everything an AI feature produces is a draft for you to check and correct. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your profile and of anything you send to an employer.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms — for example when we add features, change what a plan includes, or when the law changes.

Material changes — anything that reduces what you receive or increases what you pay — take effect no earlier than 14 days after we notify you by e-mail. If you do not accept them, you may cancel before they take effect, and we will refund the unused part of any period you have already paid for. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the change.

Non-material changes, such as clarifications and corrections, take effect when published.

13. Suspension and termination

You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription or deleting your account.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you seriously or repeatedly break section 10, if we are legally required to, or if we discontinue the Service. Except where the law or an urgent security need prevents it, we will give you reasonable advance notice. If we terminate for a reason that is not your fault, we refund the unused part of your paid period.

14. Availability and liability

We provide the Service with due care but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Parts of it depend on third parties — hosting, payments, AI providers, the websites we index — whose availability we do not control.

If you are a consumer, we are liable under the general rules of Polish law. We do not exclude or limit liability for harm to life or health, for intentional acts or gross negligence, or in any other case where the law does not permit exclusion.

If you use the Service in a professional capacity, our total liability for all claims arising in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you actually paid us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost opportunities.

We are not liable for the content, accuracy or availability of third-party job postings, or for anything that happens between you and an employer.

15. Job postings, indexing and removal

We build our catalogue by collecting job postings from external sources — employers' career pages, job boards, and the interfaces they expose.

If you want your postings removed from our catalogue, or want us to stop collecting from your site, write to support@onetap.work. Please send the request from a company e-mail address and tell us which site or which postings it concerns, so that we can verify it. We remove them within 14 days of a verified request.

If a posting contains personal data — a contact person's name, for example — and you want it removed, see section 5 of the Privacy Policy.

16. Third-party services and authorisations

The Service links to third-party websites and relies on third-party APIs. We do not control them, and their own terms apply to your use of them.

You can authorise an external application — an AI assistant, for example — to reach your OneTap.Work account through our OAuth interface.

This permission is broad and it is all-or-nothing. There is a single level of access, and an authorised application can read your saved search filters, your application records including any notes you wrote on them, and your candidate profile including your CV and cover letter files. It can also make changes on your behalf, such as editing your profile or updating the status of an application.

The recipient is an application you chose. It acts outside our control, under its own terms and privacy policy, and processes what it receives on its own infrastructure — for an AI assistant, that means the model provider behind it, which may be outside the EEA. We are not responsible for what it does with that access. Authorise only applications you trust, and write to support@onetap.work if you want an authorisation revoked. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your profile, including changes an application makes on your behalf.

17. Governing law and disputes

Polish law governs these Terms. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory rules of the country where you live.

We would rather resolve a problem directly, so please contact us first. If that does not work, a consumer may use out-of-court dispute resolution — in Poland, through the Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa) or a municipal or district consumer ombudsman (miejski lub powiatowy rzecznik konsumentów). The European Commission's ODR platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available. Consumers may also bring a claim before the courts having jurisdiction under generally applicable law.

18. Language versions

These Terms are published in Polish and English. For users in Poland the Polish version prevails in the event of any discrepancy.

19. Final provisions

If a provision of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remains in force. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to a successor of the business, provided your rights are not reduced; you will be told in advance and may terminate if you do not wish to continue.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, form the whole agreement between us.
