  1. Who may use the Service (age and eligibility)
  • 16+: use of the Platform is permitted.
  • Under 16: use is prohibited.
  • One natural person may manage multiple Companies in compliance with the law and the Platform’s rules.
  1. What the Service does and technical conditions
  • Job aggregation: we index publicly available job postings from job boards and “Careers” pages, respecting robots.txt.
  • Company control over indexing: a Company may limit display, disable indexing, or request removal (temporarily — via support@onetap.work; later — via the Company console). We respond promptly, typically within 7 business days.
  • Interoperability: operation is possible in a modern browser with internet access and cookies/local storage enabled (details — in the Cookie Policy). Integrations depend on third‑party APIs — their continuous operation is not guaranteed by third‑party providers.
  • Disclaimer: OneTap.Work helps with job searching but does not guarantee employment or specific outcomes.
  1. Registration, security, deletion
  • Minimum data at registration: first name, last name, e‑mail, password (stored as a hash). Additionally: photo (optional), phone number (if needed).
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your data and the protection of your Account; promptly report any suspicious activity.
  • Deletion: the Account can be deleted in settings or upon e‑mail request; after deletion, access ceases. Some data are retained for a limited time to fulfill legal obligations or defend legal claims (see the Privacy Policy).
  1. Data and privacy (RODO/GDPR)
  • All information is provided in the Privacy Policy.
  1. Paid features, pricing, payment, subscriptions
  • The Platform is entirely free of charge. If paid features are introduced, the ToS will be updated.
  1. Conformity of the digital service, updates, and remedies (DCD)
  • We are responsible for the conformity of the digital service with the contract concluded with the Consumer User.
  • Updates: we provide functional and security updates (including those necessary to maintain conformity) for a reasonable period; we inform you of critical changes in the interface or via e‑mail.
  • If the service does not conform to the contract, the consumer may, free of charge, require the lack of conformity to be remedied within a reasonable time. If this is impossible or disproportionately difficult, the consumer is entitled to a price reduction or to terminate the contract and receive a refund of the amount paid in accordance with the law.
  • Any “as is” disclaimers do not limit your mandatory consumer rights.
  1. Right of withdrawal for consumers
  • Period: 14 days from the conclusion of the contract (registration or order of a paid feature).
  • How to exercise: send an unambiguous statement to support@onetap.work. We will confirm receipt by e‑mail.
  • If the service is “free in exchange for data”: withdrawal results in the cessation of processing of your data for that service, except in cases expressly permitted by law (obligations, defense of claims, etc.).
  1. Ranking of results and advertising labels (Omnibus/transparency)
  • Main ranking parameters for job listings: keyword relevance; recency; completeness of description; geographic match; source quality; historical engagement metrics; user settings (if personalization is enabled).
  • Impact of paid promotion: paid placements/sponsored blocks are labeled “Ads” or “Sponsored” and may receive increased visibility, but they do not affect organic criteria for other results.
  • Opt‑out of personalization: a toggle is available in settings; in that case, we show results based on general parameters.
  1. User Content and IP rights
  • You retain rights to your Content. You grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to host, index, technically reproduce, perform interface‑level translation (where needed), and display it within the Service for the purposes of its operation.
  • It is prohibited to post illegal, discriminatory, misleading, pornographic, fraudulent, harmful content, or content that infringes IP/third‑party rights.
  • We may apply moderation measures pursuant to section 13.
  • Listings/job postings must contain truthful and up‑to‑date data; Companies are responsible for legality and compliance with labor/anti‑discrimination laws.
  1. Complaints and support
  • Channels: support@onetap.work.
  • Timeframes: response — within 14 calendar days (if more time is needed — we will explain the reason and a new indicative timeframe).
  • For paid services, in the event of a confirmed defect — correction/re‑provision/proportional refund pursuant to section 8.
  1. Moderation, notice‑and‑action, and appeals (DSA)
  • You can report illegal or policy‑prohibited content to support@onetap.work.
  • Measures: warning, hiding, visibility limitation, labeling, suspension or deletion of content/account, blocking certain features, termination of the contract — proportionate to the violation.
  • Notice and reasoning: if action is taken against content/account, we send a “Statement of Reasons” (see Appendix 3).
  • Appeal: may be submitted to support@onetap.work within 6 months; review — within 14 days.
  • Repeated/malicious violations, abuse of the form, or infringement of others’ rights may lead to longer restrictions.
  1. Limitation of liability and indemnification
  • General principles: we provide the Service with due professional care. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation, particularly due to third‑party integrations.
  • For Consumer Users: liability limitations apply only to the extent permitted by mandatory rules; we do not exclude liability where the law does not allow it (in particular harm to life/health, intent, gross negligence).
  • For B2B: to the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any subscription period is limited to direct damages and does not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the last 12 months; indirect/lost profits are excluded.
  • Indemnification by the User (B2B or due to policy violations): you indemnify us for losses caused by your unlawful actions or infringement of third‑party rights.
  1. Security, risks, and good practices (UŚUDE)
  • Material risks: phishing, password compromise, malicious attachments, social‑engineering attempts, data loss due to third‑party services.
  • How to minimize: unique passwords and 2FA (where available), up‑to‑date OS/browser, checking sender domain in e‑mails, regular backups of your own documents.
  • We apply technical and organizational security measures and log security events.
  1. Third parties, APIs, and external links
  • The Service may contain links to third‑party sites and use third‑party APIs/SDKs. We do not control their content and policies; the terms of such third parties apply.
  • The list of subprocessors and key integrations — in the Privacy Policy.
  1. Changes to the Terms
  • Effective date: non‑material changes (which do not worsen the consumer’s position) may take effect immediately upon publication. Material changes — no earlier than 14 days after notice, with the right to terminate the contract without penalty before the effective date.
  • Method of notice: e‑mail.
  1. Termination of the contract and suspension
  • You may terminate the contract at any time by deleting your Account or sending a request to support@onetap.work.
  • We may terminate or suspend access in the cases described in section 13, with prior notice where possible, and with the right to appeal.
  • For B2B subscriptions, termination at the end of the billing period is possible unless otherwise provided in a commercial agreement.
  1. Governing law, jurisdiction, and ADR/ODR
  • Polish law applies to the Terms.
  • Disputes with consumers are heard by courts under general jurisdiction rules that protect them.
  • Out‑of‑court dispute resolution: you may use ADR/ODR; a link to the European ODR platform is available in our website footer.
  1. Language versions
  • The official and priority version for Poland is Polish. In the event of discrepancies between language versions, the Polish version will prevail (after it is published).
  1. Accessibility and support levels
  • Accessibility channels: e‑mail; we strive to ensure compatibility with assistive technologies (high contrast, keyboard navigation).
  • Additional SLAs may apply for B2B clients, agreed separately.
  1. Final provisions
  • The invalidity of any individual clause does not affect the validity of the remainder.
  • Nothing in the Terms limits consumer rights guaranteed by law.
  • Confirmation of the conclusion of the contract and these Terms is sent by e‑mail in PDF format (durable medium).
