Introduction & Summary
This role involves working within the AMLR project, focusing on the implementation of KYC Instructions & Procedures. The consultant will leverage their expertise in AML/CTF and KYC processes to support the operationalization of requirements, ensuring compliance with newly updated regulations.
Main Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of this role include:
Collaborating with internal process experts to define operational changes.
Writing guidance for operational staff concerning the new KYC processes.
Overseeing End-to-End functions of KYC processes to meet new requirements.
Implementing new PEP requirements.
Updating Purpose & Nature of Relationship requirements.
Adjusting procedures relating to customer risk scoring changes.
Revising Adverse Media screening protocols.
Implementing changes for ODD cycle requirements.
Key Requirements
AML/CTF knowledge.
KYC process knowledge.
Experience in KYC/Fin Crime or business process development.
Analytical skills.
Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
Nice to Have
Legal background is beneficial.
Ability to operationalize regulatory requirements.
Skill in explaining complex matters simply.
