Experience delivering at least one LLM application to production, including RAG, prompt design, structured output, and OpenAI API.
Hands-on experience with vector or hybrid search and document parsing (PDF, Word, Excel).
Experience with LLM evaluation and observability tools (Langfuse or similar).
Working knowledge of Azure, including VMs, application hosting, and Entra ID/SSO.
Strong client-facing skills, including the ability to lead sessions with non-technical senior stakeholders, provide clear status updates, and work effectively with ambiguity.
Fluent spoken and written English.
Nice to have:

Experience with PII and GDPR handling, including Presidio and EU data residency.
Background in finance, private equity, or M&A due diligence.
