Maintain procurement dashboards and prepare reports on spend, savings and supplier performance.
Use procurement data to support decision-making and future sourcing activities.
Stakeholder collaboration
Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, Facilities, Finance, Quality, Project Management and Legal teams.
Support procurement activities in line with internal policies and applicable quality requirements.
Contribute to the improvement of procurement processes, documentation and reporting tools.
Prepare a structured handover covering sourcing projects, contracts, ongoing negotiations, risks and savings opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, Supply Chain or a similar role.
Experience with CAPEX, manufacturing equipment, tooling or MRO procurement would be an advantage.
