Onsite IT Support Engineer
Location: Opole, Poland (100% onsite)
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities
Provide onsite IT support for Windows workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and tablets.
Support workplace technologies, IT infrastructure, and corporate applications.
Perform IMACD activities, hardware lifecycle management, and asset administration.
Assist in incident resolution and cooperate with internal IT teams and external vendors.
Ensure compliance with IT policies, security requirements, and operational procedures.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of IT support experience.
Experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
Knowledge of IT hardware, asset management, and basic networking (LAN, VLAN, TCP/IP, VPN).
Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy.
Familiarity with manufacturing environments and English at B2 level or higher.
