We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our International Growth Programs team. In this role, you will shape our expansion agenda, launch new European markets, and drive the execution of our core international growth program across active markets (CZ, SK, HU) and new target ones.
You will manage a large-scale, cross-functional program, working directly with senior leaders and workstream owners across Commerce, Product/Tech, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to turn strategic expansion goals into operational reality.
Your main responsibilities:
-Drive International Agenda: Structure, prioritize, and execute value creation initiatives across existing international markets (CZ, SK, HU) and explore new expansion opportunities.
-Program Orchestration & Governance: Lead the program control tower, keeping track of cross-functional workstreams and removing delivery bottlenecks.
-New Markets Analysis: Structure localized value propositions for buyers and merchants, conduct market deep-dives
-Cross-Functional Execution: Act as the connective tissue across the organization, driving alignment and accountability across teams without formal direct reporting lines.
-Executive Communication: Prepare clear, data-backed steering materials, structured updates, and decision frameworks for senior leadership.
What we’re looking for:
-Program & Process Governance: Ability to oversee multiple, simultaneous workstreams and understand how individual initiatives contribute to the overall International strategy. Proven experience in driving cross-functional projects in complex, fast-paced environments.
-Structured Problem Solving & Strategy: Ability to break down ambiguous business problems into clear work assignments and actionable plans.
-Analytical & Financial Acumen: Comfortable working with data and metrics. Ability to scope analytical projects, monitor business performance against targets, and coordinate financial/budgeting logic hand-in-hand with Finance.
-Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to clearly articulate project plans, influence senior stakeholders, and generate buy-in across diverse teams.
-Languages: Fluent in English (C1/C2). Professional proficiency in Polish is required.
-Preferred Professional Experience: Management Consulting Consultant / Associate / Senior Business Analyst, Program / Project Manager or similar.
What we offer:
-Flexible working hours in an office first model (4/1) that depend on you and your team.
- Annual bonus based on your performance and company results.
- Long term discretionary incentive plan based on Allegro.eu shares (restricted stock units).
- A great learning opportunity, working with people coming from a lot of experience in top tier strategy consulting and e-commerce space.
- Well-located offices (with e.g., fully equipped kitchens, bicycle parking, terraces full of greenery) and excellent work tools (e.g., raised desks, ergonomic chairs, interactive conference rooms).
- A wide selection of fringe benefits in a cafeteria plan - you choose what you like (e.g., medical, sports or lunch packages, insurance, purchase vouchers).
- English classes that we pay for related to the specific nature of your job.
- A training budget, inter-team tourism and an internal learning platform where you will find multiple trainings.
- An additional day off for volunteering, which you can use alone, with a team, or with a larger group of people connected by a common goal.
- Social events for Allegro people - Spin Kilometers, Family Day, Fat Thursday, and many other occasions we enjoy.
And that's just the beginning! You can read more about the benefits here.
