First, let us introduce ourselves
At Dalux, we strive to push the boundaries of how technology can ensure and increase efficiency and sustainability in work processes throughout the construction industry. In close cooperation with our users, our developers in Copenhagen continuously optimize existing 3D software solutions using innovative AI technology, supporting contractors, building owners, and many other professionals in the construction industry.
As our business continues to grow, we are now looking to expand our team further with an experienced and ambitious Sales Executive. At our office in Poznan, you will join a team of dedicated colleagues working to identify and engage with local customers.
Curious to know what a Sales Executive at Dalux actually does?
Our new colleague will play a crucial role in driving sales activities towards our Contractor Segment, ensuring continuous growth in the Polish market. With a proactive and structured approach, you will help identify new sales opportunities for existing and new customers. Of course, always with the highest level of service and customer care that we are known to provide, leading to long-lasting relationships with our customers.
Other areas of responsibility include:
- Proactively reaching out to and engaging potential clients.
- Implementing Dalux software for existing and new customers in collaboration with the Customer Success Manager.
- Establishing and maintaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Representing Dalux at sales activities, such as seminars, fairs, and conferences.
- Managing contract negotiations and pricing.
What we imagine our future colleague to have:
- Extensive knowledge and experience with Contractors.
- Experience with complex B2B SaaS sales.
- Ability to build strong and long-lasting customer relationships.
- A great team player aiming for mutual success.
- Fluent in both Polish and English, oral as well as written.
Everyday life at Dalux At Dalux, we care—not only about our work and customers but also about each other. Your work itself should be fun, challenging, and intriguing. However, the working environment plays just as big a part in your job satisfaction. We don’t believe in fancy titles and strict dress codes; instead, we believe in having a light-hearted, informal, and welcoming workplace with room for everyone. We enjoy working together, continuously learning from each other, and, after working hours, we often engage in social activities together.
