🚀 About the project
We are looking for an experienced Senior iOS Developer to support the ongoing development and improvement of a native iOS application for an international client.
The main focus of the role is native iOS development with a strong emphasis on digital accessibility. You will be responsible for implementing, improving, and testing accessibility features to ensure the application is usable by people with different accessibility needs.
We are specifically looking for an engineer who has hands-on experience implementing and testing accessibility features in production iOS applications, rather than only theoretical knowledge of accessibility guidelines.

🧠 Your responsibilities
develop and maintain a native iOS application using Swift
implement and improve accessibility features using iOS Accessibility APIs and SwiftUI Accessibility
ensure compatibility with VoiceOver and other iOS accessibility features
implement accessible UI components, including appropriate labels, traits, values, and actions
manage accessibility focus and navigation across application screens
support Dynamic Type and scalable text sizes
perform hands-on accessibility testing, particularly using VoiceOver
identify and resolve accessibility issues in existing application features
collaborate with the development team to improve application usability and accessibility
apply relevant accessibility standards and best practices, including WCAG 2.1/2.2
🧩 Must haves
minimum 5 years of professional experience in native iOS development
strong practical experience with Swift
commercial experience with SwiftUI and/or UIKit
extensive hands-on experience implementing accessibility features in production iOS applications
strong practical knowledge of VoiceOver
experience with iOS Accessibility APIs and/or SwiftUI Accessibility
experience implementing Dynamic Type and scalable text sizes
practical knowledge of accessibility labels, traits, values, actions, and focus management
experience with accessibility testing, particularly using VoiceOver
knowledge of relevant accessibility standards, preferably WCAG 2.1/2.2
good communication skills and ability to collaborate in an international team
good command of English
