For over 20 years, Intellias has been delivering innovative digital solutions for leading global companies. We're looking for a Senior Manual QA Engineer with Automation Skills to join a team developing a cloud and SaaS management platform used by organizations worldwide to optimize costs, improve governance, and maximize the value of their Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud investments.
Project
You'll be joining a long-term project for a leading Fortune 500 technology solutions provider operating across the US, UK, and Canada. The platform enables customers to discover, manage, optimize, and report on their cloud and SaaS ecosystems through a single unified solution.
What you will do
Drive test strategy and testing activities across complex product areas
Design and execute comprehensive test scenarios for web and cloud-based applications
Perform manual testing while contributing to test automation initiatives
Identify quality risks and define mitigation strategies
Test REST APIs, databases, and mobile web applications
Contribute to quality metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement
Collaborate closely with development, product, and customer-facing teams
Prepare test documentation and test summary reports for stakeholders
What we're looking for
✅ 5+ years in software testing, including at least 2 years in test automation
✅ Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript
✅ Hands-on experience with:
Playwright
Web application testing
REST API testing
SQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cosmos DB, etc.)
Cross-browser and cross-platform testing
Mobile web application testing
Performance and load testing tools
✅ Experience with:
Git/GitHub workflows
Test documentation and reporting
AI-assisted development/testing tools (GitHub Copilot, MCP, etc.)
✅ Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills
✅ English level: Intermediate+ or higher
Nice to have
Developer or backend testing background
Basic knowledge of .NET and Angular
Understanding of cloud technologies
Strong database expertise
Experience with PhantomJS
