AI PropTech startup
General
A Warsaw-based, venture-backed PropTech startup. Its software automatically generates technical building plans, fit-out cost estimates and 3D office layouts, cutting weeks out of office leasing and workplace design. Customers include large commercial landlords, developers, corporates and architecture firms. The product has clear product-market fit, revenue is growing and the company is raising its next round.
You will be the first dedicated salesperson, working directly with the founder. There is no sales team or script yet: you build the outbound engine and grow into closing your own deals.
Re-activate the existing pipeline in HubSpot and turn old leads into meetings.
Open new accounts by phone, at industry trade shows, on LinkedIn (Sales Navigator) and with email sequences.
Reach senior decision makers: heads of leasing, heads of real estate and workplace, asset managers, tenant and landlord representation teams, developers and architecture firms.
Run discovery and product demos on your own.
Take deals further over time, up to closing them yourself. Typical deals are $30-100k.
Help shape the sales process, messaging and tools as the team grows.
Real outbound experience: about 2+ years of SDR / BDR / cold-calling work, then closing (AE, BDM or new business).
You have sold a complex B2B product to large companies with multi-stakeholder deals and know how to get to the decision maker.
Near-native English. Polish is a plus, not a requirement.
You genuinely like picking up the phone, take rejection well and build your own approach without a script.
Based in Poland. Warsaw is ideal; remote within Poland works.
Commercial real estate, PropTech or construction / BIM software experience, or time on the agency, landlord or developer side before moving into tech sales.
Startup or first-sales-hire experience.
Training at a strong software vendor.
Numbers you can show: quota attainment, SQLs booked, deals closed.
Trade-show prospecting experience.
15-20k PLN per month base on a B2B contract, flexible for the right person.
Uncapped commission of 10-20% of what you sign, plus stock options over time.
A first-seller seat with direct access to the founder, an existing pipeline and recordings of real sales calls to learn from.
An intro call with TechTree, then interviews with the founding team.
