How you will get the job done

overseeing application testing, providing direction on testing tools, test case documentation, best practices and execution of test plans
supporting project teams in setting up detailed and effective test cases for Web Products
leading E2E and Regression Testing for existing company products
producing reliable assessments of software readiness
overseeing and improving existing and new metrics for S/W quality
supporting the implementation of automated testing solutions for operational efficiencies
participating in design and testing sessions across enterprise teams
updating and maintaining overall approach and test concept with strong focus on test strategy and test scope
reviewing third-party Testing tools and proposing changes in current tool set
establishing testing standards and patterns
providing subject matter expertise in troubleshooting data quality, system integration, and analytics issues in area of S/W QA
conveying technical findings and recommendations to product development and business teams with clarity and impact
collaborating with senior stakeholders to ensure testing aligns with strategic objectives

Skills and experience you will need

fluent command of English
university degree in Computer Science/Engineering or similar field
min. 5 years of experience managing testing team members and executing test plans
familiarity with testing methodologies, test case documentation, QA metrics, SDLC
knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies and processes work collaboratively in a team environment
excellent communication and presentation skills

Nice to have

ISTQB certification or willingness to pursue one
practical knowledge and hands on experience of API testing and tooling
practical knowledge and hands on experience of Performance Testing
practical knowledge and hands on experience of CI/CD, Sonar in QA
previous experience of AI usage in QA
