ADVOSYNC develops purpose-built AI solutions tailored specifically for modern law firms and corporate legal departments. Founded by practicing attorneys, our platform automates repetitive legal workflows and document analysis with enterprise-grade security, strict GDPR compliance, and zero AI-training on sensitive client data. Alongside our own platform, we design and deliver custom AI and software solutions for enterprise clients.
We are moving fast from prototype to pilot stage and are looking for a Software Engineer (Mid) to build and scale our platform with an AI-first engineering workflow.
The Mission
Our users work with some of the most sensitive data there is, so our software has to be built fast without ever cutting corners on security or quality. In this role, you will turn complex legal workflows into robust, secure web applications – with Claude and Cursor as your everyday tools, not experiments.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Stack Development: Build and evolve web applications with Next.js, React, TypeScript and Node.js, with a strong focus on a solid back-end.
System & API Design: Design APIs, data models and system components, and clearly justify your technical decisions.
AI-Native Engineering: Use Claude and Cursor across the entire development lifecycle and build LLM integrations, automations and AI-powered features.
End-to-End Delivery: Own your work from requirements analysis through implementation to deployment and maintenance.
Quality & Security: Ensure high code quality through code reviews, automated tests, documentation, performance and security best practices.
Collaboration: Work directly with the team and stakeholders in English.
Requirements & Profile
Experience: 3+ years of commercial experience building web applications.
Back-End Expertise: Very good knowledge of Node.js and TypeScript: API design (REST, optionally GraphQL), authentication and authorization, queues, third-party integrations.
Front-End Skills: Hands-on experience with Next.js and React (full-stack mindset).
Databases: Data modeling, SQL (e.g. PostgreSQL), query optimization and migrations.
Solution Design: Ability to choose the right architecture, separate responsibilities and make conscious technical trade-offs.
AI in Practice: Daily work with AI coding assistants (e.g. Claude, Cursor) and experience integrating LLM APIs.
Engineering Practices: Git, code reviews and automated testing.
Ownership: Takes responsibility for their areas and works autonomously.
Language: English at B2 level or higher; German is a plus.
Location: You live in Wrocław or the surrounding area and can work from our Wrocław office 1–2 days per week.
Nice to Have
DevOps Basics: Docker, CI/CD (e.g. GitHub Actions), cloud basics (AWS, Azure or GCP), monitoring and logging.
AI Features: RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, agents, evaluation of LLM output quality.
NoSQL: Experience with non-relational databases.
Domain Experience: Legal Tech or other systems processing documents and sensitive data.
Client Exposure: Experience working directly with clients.

Attractive Package: 15,000–20,000 PLN net per month on a full-time B2B contract.

Flexibility: Flexible working hours, 1–2 office days per week in Wrocław, remote the rest of the week.

Intro Call (approx. 30 min): your experience, expectations, availability and location.
Technical Interview (approx. 60 min): a system design discussion for a sample problem plus a short hands-on session with Claude or Cursor – we want to see how you work with AI day to day.
