Responsibilities
Support external partners and stakeholders throughout the system integration lifecycle, including onboarding, configuration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Coordinate with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful integrations and resolve technical or functional challenges.
Manage and coordinate minor change requests related to system configurations and integrations.
Create and maintain technical and functional documentation, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and accessibility for relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate and support production deployments, ensuring proper preparation and smooth execution.
Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into interface specifications and integration agreements.
Prepare and facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and solution demonstrations.

Salary range for Employment Contract: 12 000 - 17 000 PLN gross/month.

Qualifications
Completed studies in business analysis, project management, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
Experience in facilitating meetings and coordinating activities involving multiple stakeholders.
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Basic understanding of cloud environments (preferably AWS), APIs, and system integration concepts.
Familiarity with development and collaboration tools such as GitHub, Visual Studio Code, Jira, and Confluence.
Structured and independent working style, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Openness to regular visits to the Katowice office.
Nice to Have:
Previous experience in technical consulting, application integration, or IT project coordination.
Experience working in Agile software development environments.
Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and common integration patterns.
Experience with enterprise IT systems or complex integration landscapes.
