What you will be doing:
Providing comprehensive administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth organization and seamless information flow.
Managing inventory levels of operational supplies, monitoring their turnover, and operating vending machines (PPE, scanners).
Keeping records of, issuing, and disposing of workwear, as well as managing employee lockers.
Monitoring first aid kits and ADR safety cabinets, and coordinating waste disposal with external vendors.
Maintaining documentation and tracking inspection schedules for electric forklifts, alongside logging and tagging fixed assets in the system.
Maintaining continuous communication with the Operations department and taking an active part in stocktaking/inventories.
What we are looking for:
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
High-level communication skills and a strong desire to collaborate with others.
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines.
High personal culture and professionalism.
Good working knowledge of Google Workspace tools, especially Google Sheets.
Readiness to work in shifts (between 07:00 and 23:00).
