Print & Artwork Coordinator

Dispatch Department

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and print customer cake images and personalized messages.
• Review customer orders to ensure all printed materials are accurate before production.
• Perform basic image and text editing using Adobe Photoshop.
• Maintain consistent formatting and printing standards across all orders.
• Organize and manage print files efficiently.
• Coordinate with the Customer Service and Dispatch teams to ensure timely order completion.
• Monitor print quality and report any technical issues when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Arabic nationality is preferred, as the majority of customer messages and print content are in Arabic.
• Good computer skills.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good artistic sense and visual judgment.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Willingness to learn and continuously improve.
• Previous experience in a print shop, digital printing, advertising agency, photo studio, or a similar field is an advantage.
