Summary
The role of AML Analyst is focused on ensuring compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and guidelines. The primary goal is to identify, assess, and mitigate AML risks associated with customer relationships.
Main Responsibilities:
Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) assessments on clients.
Gather and assess data related to customers to identify AML risks.
Perform outreach to customers to obtain necessary documentation and information.
Summarize and document risks related to customer profiles.
Follow established procedures, work instructions (WIs), and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Make informed decisions regarding customer risk based on gathered information.
Key Requirements:
Knowledge of AML regulations and compliance procedures.
Experience in performing CDD and EDD.
Ability to conduct AML risk assessments.
Strong communication skills for customer outreach.
Attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
Nice to Have:
Experience with financial institutions and banking processes.
Knowledge of KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures.
Familiarity with data analysis tools or software.
Additional language skills.

Position allows for hybrid work with 3 days in the office per week. Ideal for candidates with a strong background in AML within the banking sector.
