YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct access reviews and analysis of application security and user access management.
Analyze access-related data to identify inactive, excessive, or unnecessary user permissions and recommend actions based on business requirements.
Engage, collaborate, and facilitate dialogues with business stakeholders, application managers, and system providers to gather information and act as a trusted point of contact.
Work with RACF/IAM subject matter experts to formulate suggestions for actions and mitigations.
Facilitate onboarding to SailPoint IIQ or cleanup of access groups, user access, and service accounts.
Support project discussions to resolve conflicting requirements, prioritize efforts, and manage scope changes.
Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
WHAT DO WE REQUIRE?
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Identity Application Security Specialist, Application Manager, or User Admin in SailPoint IIQ.
Strong understanding of applications and Identity Access Management (IAM).
Self-driven, motivated, and with a collaborative mindset.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Location: Warsaw/Gdynia/Gdańsk – work model: hybrid (3 days per week at the Nordea office, remote work accepted).
