Monitoring the progress of the creatives from ideation, to execution, to testing, to results. Adjusting or ending concepts based on their performance, and continuously producing briefs for new creatives based on the learnings from the tests.
Together with the Performance Marketing Experts, meeting the clients, and being able to present the learnings, conclusions, and the reasoning behind creative decisions.
Signing off on all the creatives done by the creative team for testing, ensuring they follow performance principles, brand standards, and the no-typos policy.
Monitoring trends, best practices, SOPs, and methodologies, actively following top names in the niche.
