Senior Full-Stack Developer (AI-Native)
Location: Warsaw – hybrid or remote within the EU
Engagement: Full-time | B2B or employment contract
About the role
We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer who integrates AI into their daily engineering workflow. You will use coding agents, command-line tools and models to support development while applying sound engineering judgement to architecture, security and code quality.
You will own features from data modelling and backend development through frontend implementation and deployment. You will also help shape the team’s approach to AI-assisted software delivery.
Your responsibilities
Design, develop and deploy full-stack features across backend, frontend and infrastructure.
Use AI coding agents and CLI tools to accelerate delivery, critically reviewing and validating their output.
Make and document architectural decisions, including diagrams, trade-offs and Architecture Decision Records.
Implement authentication, authorisation, secrets management and input validation, addressing OWASP Top 10 risks.
Design for scalability through caching, queueing, database optimisation and vertical or horizontal scaling.
Develop and maintain unit, integration andskills end-to-end tests.
Implement logging, metrics and distributed tracing to support proactive monitoring and troubleshooting.
Mentor colleagues in effective AI-assisted development practices.
Requirements
At least 10 years of professional full-stack development experience.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience incorporating AI into software development, with current daily use of tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codex CLI or equivalent solutions.
Practical experience with coding agents, MCP servers and terminal-based workflows.
At least one independently developed, end-to-end product built with AI assistance, available as a live application or demonstrable project.
Strong TypeScript skills across backend and frontend.
Backend development experience with Node.js frameworks, preferably NestJS.
Frontend development experience with React and/or Next.js.
Strong PostgreSQL knowledge, including schema design, migrations and query optimisation.
Solid understanding of SOLID principles, clean or hexagonal architecture, domain-driven design and event-driven patterns.
Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows.
Fluent English.
Nice to have
Experience integrating LLM capabilities into products, including RAG, embeddings, vector stores, tool calling and evaluations.
Familiarity with Open Telemetry, Dynatrace or Grafana.
Experience with Kubernetes and deployments on Azure, AWS, GCP or on-premises infrastructure.
Experience in regulated industries such as banking, fintech, telecommunications or energy.
Polish, German or Greek language skills.
